Merri Community VoIP Project

OzVOX was appointed to plan and deploy a new phone system at Merri Community Health Services (Thornbury office).

Merri Community Health Services Limited (MCHS) formerly known as Moreland Community Health Service Inc. was formed in 1994 through the merging of the former Coburg Community Health Centre, Brunswick Community Health Centre and Co-Care (Youth and Disability Health Service). They provide services from a number of sites in the City of Moreland and in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. A Board of Directors governs MCHS. Internal management is grouped by service units with General Managers and Managers.

A VoIP system was required for the new office with a view to expand the solution to the rest of the business.

OzVOX successfully planned and implemented the OzVOX VoIP system by :

  1. Designing OzVOX VoIP solution for the new office.
  2. Implementing the OzVOX solution based on Cisco (BYOD) phones.
  3. Planning and implementing the phone services for the new office.
  4. Implementing paging systems.
  5. Implementing voicemail to email functionality and reception console.
  6. Integrating OzVOX with network applications
