Eurofins|mgt VOIP Project

OzVOX was appointed to plan, deploy and migrate Eurofins|mgt VoIP services from Telstra TIPT to OzVOX.

Eurofins|mgt has emerged from the Eurofins Scientific acquisition of mgtLabMark Environmental Pty Ltd. Eurofins|mgt has 200 staff and a network of National NATA Accredited Environmental Laboratories located in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne that are supported by a National distribution and service network with offices located in Adelaide, Perth, Darwin & Newcastle. Eurofins also operates an Environmental Laboratory in Wellington along with Food and Agroscience Laboratories in Auckland, Hamilton & Christchurch.

The change to the VoIP system was required as a result of integration with the global WAN infrastructure wherein the Telstra TIPT VoIP services were not supported anymore.

OzVOX successfully planned and migrated the VoIP services to OzVOX by :

1. Designing OzVOX VoIP solution to replace existing Telstra TIPT solution for seven offices around the country.
2. Implementing the OzVOX solution based on Polycom (BYOD) phones.
3. Planning and migrating the phone services from Telstra TIPT to OzVOX without service interruptions and downtimes.
4. Implementing PA systems for Melbourne office.
5. Implementing voicemail to email functionality and reception console.
6. Integrating OzVOX with network applications
