Asthma Foundation VoIP Project

OzVOX was appointed to upgrade the previously OzVOX deployed hybrid VoIP system to a complete VoIP system supporting two separate offices - Asthma Foundation and Spicer Lawyers.

The Asthma Foundation of Victoria has for over 40 years provided advice, counselling, education and training to people with asthma, their carers, health professionals, first aiders and the community.

Spicer Lawyers are a distinguished boutique legal practice and legal representatives in Victoria.

OzVOX successfully planned, supplied and upgraded the Polycom based VoIP System by :

1. Upgrading Asthma’s existing hybrid OzVOX VoIP System by porting to a complete VoIP solution.
2. Upgrading the VoIP gateway to the latest OzVOX 2013.2 VoIP Gateway.
3. Configuring virtual FAX to eliminate the requirements for FAX machines.
4. Extending the OzVOX VoIP System as a multi tenant solution to Spicer Lawyers office.
5. Upgrading Asthma’s VoIP system to an Interactive Voice Response setup.
6. Configuring remote SIP devices - Wi- Fi SIP Phones, PDAs, mobiles etc
